By accessing or using Rahnuma.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rahnuma.io is an AI-powered developer operations platform that provides deadline risk forecasting, Kanban task management, sprint planning, team workload tracking, AI-assisted summaries, and GitHub/Bitbucket integration. The purpose of the platform is to help software development teams predict whether they will ship on time, up to 30 days in advance.

Access to the Service requires creating an account via our authentication provider (Clerk). Some features require connecting third-party integrations such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Slack, or Google Calendar.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@rahnuma.io of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without explicit written permission from Rahnuma.io.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including GitHub, Bitbucket, Slack, and Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We request only the minimum permissions necessary for the features you use, and you may revoke any integration at any time from your Settings page.

We are not responsible for any changes, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party providers.

6. Subscription and Billing

Rahnuma.io offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Upgrades are pro-rated and take effect immediately.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including tasks, projects, and integrations. We do not sell your data or source code to third parties. For full details on how we collect, store, and use your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

Upon account deletion or subscription cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and can be exported at any time. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted from our systems.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is owned by Rahnuma.io and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written consent.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime or that AI-generated forecasts and summaries will be error-free. Deadline risk forecasts are estimates based on historical data and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rahnuma.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
