  • Basic account information (Name, Email) provided via SSO (e.g., Clerk).
  • Authentication tokens (OAuth) for integrations (Bitbucket, GitHub, etc.) to fetch data on your behalf.
  • Workspace data necessary for functionality, such as commits, PR statuses, and task updates.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the Rahnuma.io platform and its core functionalities.
  • To sync your tasks, commits, and pull requests from third-party services like Bitbucket.
  • To improve our AI analytics, workload predictions, and workflow automations.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our application connects with third-party services. We only request the minimum required permissions to enable our features. We do NOT sell your data or source code to third parties. Tokens are stored securely and can be revoked by you at any time from your settings or directly from the third-party provider.

  • GitHub / Bitbucket: Read-only access to repositories and pull requests to display sprint progress and deadline risk.
  • Slack: Send automated shift summaries and blocker alerts to your team channels.
  • Google Calendar: We request access to your Google Calendar events (calendar.events scope) solely to display your meetings alongside sprint tasks and to help you plan your workload. We do not modify, delete, or share your calendar data with any third party.

Terms of Service

By using Rahnuma.io you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Security

All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2+. You can revoke any integration at any time from your Settings page.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and OAuth tokens. All data transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS.
